Existing Community Patron Card holders may use Curbside Delivery.
To check out a book, please make use of our curbside pick-up service. Either email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 757-594-7133 with your contact information and the book information and we will arrange a time for pick up outside our entrance facing Warwick Blvd, adjacent to the Visitor Parking Lot.
Community patron library cards can be issued to all Virginia residents ages 18 and older who present a valid Virginia driver’s license or ID card (or a military ID along with verification of address). Virginia residents must provide a Driver's License number..
Library borrowing privileges to community patrons are limited and do not include remote access to the Library’s electronic resources or Interlibrary Loan privileges. Community patrons must be in the library in order to access Library databases.

• Circulating Books refers to our normally circulating books in the General Collection, New Books, Browsing, Oversize, Learning Resources, Juvenile, Vogan, Bruce Cole, Dorothy Rouse-Bottom, Mackenzie and Storage locations.

It is your responsibility to notify the Library of any address changes. All library materials must be returned or
renewed by their due date. All materials are subject to recall and must be returned upon notification. PATRONS
ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MATERIALS CHECKED OUT ON THEIR CARDS AND ALL FINES INCURRED.
Failure to return books or pay fines will result in our sending debt information to a collection agency.
Community Patron library cards must be presented in order to check out materials. Library cards are not
transferable and may only be used by the person to whom they are issued.
