Presents an interview with author Erskine Caldwell. Questions that were asked included why he became a writer, how he creates a story, and the importance of experience in writing. Caldwell states that he is not interested in plots, and doesn't necessarily know how a story will end. Some of his favorite pieces of work include the nonfiction work "In Search of Bisco," the short story "Georgia Boy," and the book "God's Little Acre."
