BIOL 491 - MBCH Senior Seminar: Home

Where to start

This is the place to start your research for BIOL 491 topics in cell & molecular biology or physiology.  Use a recommended database to find articles, get full text access through Journal Finder or Interlibrary Loan, and learn to cite them in your final paper.

Librarians (searching specialists) can also help further with your specific topic and searching for primary research needs.  See below for options.  A few minutes will be worth your time.

Research Assistance

For more individual and specific help developing your topic, finding the best places to search for information, or getting past a stumbling block, consider making a Research Assistance Appointment (https://cnu.libguides.com/researchassistance). Just provide your topic and availability to begin. A librarian will spend some time delving in and then meet with you (in person or in Google Meet) to discuss possibilities and share tips, keywords, targeted searches, and specialized sources. It will be 30 minutes well worth your time.
